How Smart Mobility Consult handles the information you send through this website.
Who we are
Smart Mobility Consult (SMC) operates this website. For any question about your data, email info@mobilityconsult.net.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the request form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, project country, the service you are interested in, your project description and any documents you attach. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security.
What we do not collect
We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and all other site files are served from our own hosting. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that check only.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the engagement. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by Google (Google Workspace): delivered by email to our mailbox, with attached documents stored in our Google Drive. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records of engagements are kept for as long as contractual, tax and professional obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@mobilityconsult.net. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page with a new date.
